We collect the details you type into our contact and quote forms. That is your name, email address, phone number, city, the service you need, and the project details you write. We do not ask for sensitive information like payment card or government ID numbers, so please do not send those through the form.

We also record the IP address of the device that submits a form. We use it only to catch spam and abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies to follow you around the web.

How we use your information

We use your form details to connect you with a vetted local contractor for your project. A team member reviews your request and passes your project details to the contractor we match you with so they can contact you. We also send ourselves an email notification for each request so we can follow up. The IP address is used only for spam protection.

Where your information is stored

Your form submissions are stored in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare. Our website and its infrastructure run on Cloudflare's platform, which processes standard connection data such as IP address and browser type as part of delivering and protecting the site.

Who we share it with

We share your project details with the contractor or contractors we connect you with, because that is the point of the request. We also rely on service providers that run our infrastructure, such as our hosting and email provider, and they handle your data only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose beyond connecting you with a contractor and running this service.

How long we keep it

We keep your form submissions for as long as we need them to connect you with a contractor and for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

If you do not want your details shared with a contractor, please do not submit the quote form. Call us instead and we will talk through your options.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging home services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
